Mother/daughter tattoo for my daughter’s sweet 16 surprise. I understand and agree to all notary requirements for said minor. It will be a saying split between us,placed on our inner wrist. She has several piercings and is not at all afraid of needles. I’d love to make your shop a part of the overall birthday celebration. Saying is “I love you” on her and “a bushel and a peck” on mine.
