Retouch up and a new tattoo
I have a tattoo I got last year with two purple hearts they’re about an inch each wide. The ink did not take well and I even went for my touchup. I would like to just color them in black and also on my neck and collarbone. I like 11 small black hearts I will attach pictures if possible I would like to get in today and an estimate price. 3/8/2026 if you can.
