Breif Description: I’m looking to have an existing tattoo covered up. It’s located on my thigh and consists of 13 stars in various sizes, starting near my knee and extending up my thigh. The tattoo is done in black and gray ink, but it’s fairly light and has faded over time rather than being heavily saturated. The stars vary in size, with a mix of small and larger ones, and I’d like the new design to completely conceal them while flowing naturally with the shape of my thigh. also my mom can sign the cosent form
